Position: Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team at TEKGI. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet our business needs. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications, workflows, and processes to meet business requirements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that integrate with other systems and applications

- Design and maintain data models, page layouts, and reports to support business processes

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and team members

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner

- Keep up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality, and make recommendations for process improvements

- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed

- Develop and maintain documentation for all Salesforce solutions and processes

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates on projects

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform

- Salesforce Developer certification is required, Advanced Developer certification is preferred

- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components

- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migrations

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Marketing Cloud is a plus
