About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our talent acquisition strategy and drive the ultra growth of Tekever. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent that help us fulfill our strategic ambition.

What will be your responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives, that ensures an awesome candidate experience
  • Design and execute a robust strategy to attract and hire young, high-potential talent.
  • Atively support the team achieving demanding goals
  • Identify and prioritize talent needs across various departments and levels
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand and clarify their specific requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with universities, professional schools, and other educational institutions to source top talent

Profile and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • An inclusive and supportive leadership style that support teams outstand themselves
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and talent assessment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems and other HR technology.
