Job Overview:

  • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent in the market, ensuring that TEKEVER continues to grow with an outstanding team. You will work closely with managers across various departments to ensure that our hires reflect the companys values and contribute to the success of our global operations.

What will be your responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires;
  • Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top professionals in technology, engineering, and innovation;
  • Manage and optimize the recruitment funnel, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates;
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand the needs of each department and ensure recruitment expectations are met;
  • Strengthen TEKEVER's employer brand by promoting the company's culture and values to potential candidates;
  • Attend recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to identify promising talent;
  • Ensure diversity and inclusion in all recruitment processes.

Profile and requirements:

  • At least 2 years of previous experience in recruitment, preferably in technology or engineering fields;
  • Ability to identify and attract talent in a competitive market;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment platforms, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems);
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a focus on results and deadlines;
  • Passion for technology and innovation.
