What will be your responsibilities:

  • Define BUs recruitment strategy with the Talent Acquisition Manager to attract talent in the technology and defence industries;
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle;
  • Manage employee relations and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner;
  • Coach the team leaders into providing continuous feedback for team members. Collaborate with team leaders to create development plans;
  • Drive and support culture and engagement initiatives;
  • Implement training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge;
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate employee records;
  • Ensure compliance with global HR policies and procedures and develop and implement specific HR policies and procedures for business unit;
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their specific needs and develop HR strategies to support business unit goals;
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR related matters;
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR management;
  • Management of office-related topics.

Profile and requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business partner role or similar;
  • Knowledge of PT employment laws and regulations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills;
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
