High-end Ceramist (six-figures)

We are looking for a Master Ceramist with extensive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Dental Restoration Creation:

• Design, sculpt, and produce ceramic dental restorations such as crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant restorations.
• Collaborate with dental technicians to ensure accurate and functional restorations.

Aesthetic Excellence:

• Create natural-looking restorations that match patients' individual teeth in terms of color, shape, and size.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and techniques in dental aesthetics to provide the most cutting-edge and realistic results.

Quality Control:

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the lab's high standards of precision and aesthetics.
• Make necessary adjustments or corrections as required before the product is sent out.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with dentists, providing them with updates and receiving feedback to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Participate in case planning sessions, understanding patient-specific requirements and expectations.

Continuous Learning:

• Attend workshops, seminars, and courses to stay updated with the latest techniques, materials, and technology in dental ceramics.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Dental Ceramist; portfolio of past work is an advantage.
2. Strong attention to detail and artistic ability.
3. Proficient in the use of ceramic layering techniques.
4. Excellent hand-eye coordination.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
