Legal Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare corporate legal documents, letters, and certifications of the company.
  • Review and draft various basic documents, including providing basic legal advice upon confirmation with the lawyers.
  • Assist in the processing of all legal concerns of the company.
  • Conduct various contract reviews (Account Customer, HR, Vendor, etc.).
  • Perform due diligence/vendor accreditation.
  • Coordinate with external lawyers regarding endorsed cases.
  • Process messengerial errands, notary, and transmittal.
  • Correspond with government agencies such as BIR, SEC, DOLE, BI, DFA for reportorial requirements of the companies.
  • Ensure compliance with government registrations (SEC, etc.).
  • Provide other legal services as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Good English communication skills (oral and written).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a legal specialist in the FMCG industry.
  • Highly organized with excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Attentive to detail.
  • Bachelors/College/Law Degree.
  • Law Graduate is an advantage.
