About the job Sales Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Achieve office sales targets, meet client trip quotas, and ensure the group's overall collection quota is reached.
Monitor and improve the weekly and monthly performance of sales representatives, ensuring targets are met.
Provide strong leadership, supervising and coordinating the daily activities of sales representatives.
Ensure proper handling of agents and agent accounts (including non-OFC accounts) while overseeing team performance management and conducting employee interviews.
Promote deep product knowledge among sales accountholders to enhance team effectiveness.
Maintain excellent customer service standards for both external customers and in-house clients, ensuring fast response times and effective issue resolution.
Communicate clearly and regularly with account holders regarding issue resolution progress.
Implement and maintain proper SOPs for customer and agent handling, collection protocols, and sales returns.
Coordinate regular email blasts (using pre-audited lists) to keep clients informed, ensuring the sales team effectively communicates updates.
Oversee and coordinate agent deliveries to ensure timely service and client satisfaction.
Conduct market research to inform and refine sales strategies.
Communicate clearly with team members and upper management regarding roles, expectations, and strategy execution.
Provide strategic market feedback to upper management to guide leadership processes.
Work closely with inter-department teams to proactively meet service standards.
Collaborate with upper management on leadership strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Recommend improvements to sales techniques and procedures based on team performance, evolving selling techniques, and market feedback.
Foster and improve business relationships with clients through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Work Experience
At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM systems.

Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar). - Industry Knowledge
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Understanding of market trends and competitor analysis. - Time Management & Organization
