Oracle FLEXCUBE Subject Matter Expert (SME):

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Consulting

• Participate in end-to-end Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation projects.
• Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Configure and parameterize FLEXCUBE modules as per business requirements.
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FSD), BRD, SDD, test cases, and deployment documents.
• Support data migration, SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, interfaces, and integrations.

Production Support

• Provide L2/L3 application support for Oracle FLEXCUBE environments.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend permanent fixes.
• Support EOD/BOD, batch monitoring, reconciliation, and operational activities.
• Manage incident, problem, and change requests.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support for SR management and issue resolution.

Functional Expertise

• Act as a Functional SME for FLEXCUBE Core Banking modules.
• Provide business process and product expertise to stakeholders.
• Conduct impact assessments for enhancements and regulatory changes.
• Support release planning, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Experience

• 5-8 years of Oracle FLEXCUBE experience.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle FLEXCUBE implementation projects.
• Strong experience in production support and application maintenance projects.
• Experience in upgrades, migrations, and enhancement initiatives.
• Experience interacting directly with business users, operations teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Banking domain experience in Retail and/or Corporate Banking.

• Limits & Collateral
• Treasury (preferred)

Technical Skills

• FLEXCUBE product architecture understanding.
• SQL / PL-SQL query writing and troubleshooting.
• Experience with FLEXCUBE interfaces, APIs, and web services.
• Knowledge of batch processing, EOD/EOM cycles, and integration troubleshooting.
• Understanding of UNIX/Linux environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle FLEXCUBE certification preferred.
• Experience in FLEXCUBE versions 12.x, 14.x, or above.
• Exposure to AML, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Middleware, and Payment Systems integration.

Mandatory Requirement
