Techno-Functional Consultant (SAP Fieldglass)

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to:
• Contingent Workforce Management
• Statement of Work (SOW) Management
• Services Procurement
• Time and Expense Management
• Vendor Management
• Conduct workshops and requirement discovery sessions with stakeholders.
• Configure SAP Fieldglass modules based on business requirements.
• Design and implement approval workflows, business rules, security roles, and user permissions.
• Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.
• Support UAT, defect resolution, and production deployments.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement recommendations.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills)

SAP Fieldglass

• Minimum 6 years of SAP Fieldglass implementation and support experience.
• Experience in:
• Contingent Workforce Management
• SOW Management
• Services Procurement
• Time Sheet Processing
• Expense Management
• Worker Lifecycle Management

Integration Skills

• PI/PO integration experience.
• API and Web Services knowledge.
• XML and JSON processing.
• Integration troubleshooting experience.

Functional Skills

• Procurement processes.
• Vendor onboarding and management.
• HR workforce management concepts.
• Source-to-Pay processes.
• Business process mapping.

Technical Skills

• SQL and reporting tools.
• Data migration and data validation.
• Excel and analytics skills.
• Understanding of SAP ecosystem.

Ability to manage multiple operational tasks, follow through on issues, and work effectively in a controlled and deadline-driven environment.
