Senior Front End Technical Lead (Remote Pakistan)

Key Requirements

Must have 8+ years of overall software development experience

Strong hands-on React Native/Mobile Engineering experience

Strong JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Redux, and React Navigation

Native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) integration experience

REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth, JWT

Azure DevOps/Jenkins and CI/CD

Firebase, Crashlytics, AppsFlyer, Push Notifications, and Deep Linking

Mobile Security: OWASP, SSL/Certificate Pinning, Secure Storage

Strong debugging, performance optimization, RCA, and production support experience

Mandatory Domain Experience

The candidate should have experience as a Technical Lead/Lead Engineer/Senior Mobile Engineer, including team leadership, code reviews, mentoring, technical ownership, stakeholder management, and release delivery.

Candidates must have strong Banking/FinTech/Digital Banking experience, preferably covering:

Customer Onboarding

KYC/eKYC

Payments/Transfers

Cards and Mobile Banking

OCR/Document Verification

Face Recognition/Liveness

Biometric Authentication

Leadership Experience
