We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to join our clients' team, focusing on the healthcare sector. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, with a specific emphasis on healthcare IT systems and strategic innovation.

Experience required

• Proven experience in defining target architectures and transitions, with at least 10 years of experience in the field
• Minimum 5 years of project coordination experience, including leading workshops and managing stakeholders
• Knowledge and practical experience with methodologies and technologies such as AI, IoT, Blockchain, NLP
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with DevSecOps approaches, Software Craftsmanship, and cloud architectures
• Proficiency in drafting PoCs, RFIs, RFPs, and specifications 
• Experience in the healthcare sector and deep understanding of the industry
• Strong capability in developing enterprise architecture strategies and conducting feasibility studies on innovation topics

Main responsibilities

• Define and develop target architectures and transition plans to ensure the sustainability of the information system (IS) and align with the company's strategic objectives
• Lead project coordination, including conducting workshops, managing key stakeholders, and overseeing project implementation
• Stay abreast of trends in methodologies and emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, Blockchain, and NLP, integrating these into architectural strategies
• Apply DevSecOps practices, Software Craftsmanship principles, and cloud architectures to drive effective solutions
• Draft Proofs of Concept (PoCs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and detailed specifications.
• Leverage extensive knowledge of the healthcare sector to guide architectural decisions and innovations
• Develop and execute enterprise architecture strategies, including conducting feasibility studies and exploring opportunities for innovation

Education/Certification

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Recognized certifications in enterprise architecture, such as BPM, SOA/WOA/microservices, TOGAF, or equivalent.
