For our clients' team, focusing on the healthcare sector, we are seeking Senior and Junior Data Analysts with experience in business analysis and BI tool implementation. This role will be pivotal in driving data-driven decisions and optimizing business performance through advanced analytics.

Position

• Data Analyst

Experience required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, focusing on business activity management
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing BI tools, particularly QlikView or QlikSense
• Expertise in data warehouse modeling and design, with a strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes
• Familiarity with conventional statistical tools such as SAS or R is advantageous
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings effectively

Main responsibilities

• Understand and articulate business requirements, translating them into data requirements and actionable insights
• Implement and optimize BI tools such as QlikView or QlikSense to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights
• Design and develop data warehouse models that support the organization's analytical needs and business objectives
• Apply statistical tools and techniques to analyze complex datasets and derive valuable insights
• Collaborate closely with business teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions
• Contribute to the improvement of data quality and integrity through data validation and cleansing activities.

Education/Certification

• Master's degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification
