We are looking for a Senior Data Solutions Analyst with strong expertise in business intelligence, data analysis, and system reporting to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and developing data-driven solutions that support key reporting processes.

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Solutions Analyst who can lead business analysis efforts, manage data reporting processes, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Requirements: Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical data solutions and interface specifications.
• SQL and Data Analysis: Write and interpret intermediate-level SQL queries to analyze and report data effectively.
• Data Profiling: Perform data profiling and ensure logical design aligns with business goals and reporting needs.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including system and interface specifications, to support data and reporting requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development and business teams to ensure data is interpreted and reported accurately.
• Testing & Validation: Coordinate and manage solution testing with users, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Optimization: Continuously optimize data solutions and processes for better performance and efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in data analysis, business analysis and system reporting.
• SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Customer Value Management: Proven experience or understanding of Customer Value Management principles, with the ability to analyze and optimize data solutions that drive customer engagement and maximize client value.
• Data & Reporting: Expertise in gathering business requirements, profiling data, and designing logical solutions.
• Business Intelligence Knowledge: In-depth understanding of databases, business intelligence processes, and data workflows.
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• User Stories: Familiarity with writing user stories and Agile methodologies is a must.
• Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• SAS Knowledge (Bonus): Knowledge of SAS software for data management, advanced analytics, and reporting.
• Industry Experience: Telecom experience is a plus but not mandatory. IT background is also an advantage.
• Reporting Tools: Basic knowledge of reporting tools like Business Objects or Tableau is advantageous.

Important Notes:

• This position requires onsite work at our client's office in Bucharest(3 days on-site, 2 days WFH).
• Compensation for the role will be discussed and aligned with the candidates experience and expertise, as budget discussions are handled by a separate team.
