What We Are Looking For:

A dynamic professional to join the Cloud & Platform Services team. As part of a global group, you will play a key role in configuring, operating, and evolving Power Platform Services. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Operations: Collaborate with a global team to manage the configuration and seamless operation of Power Platform Services.
  • Solution Development: Partner with the Business Community and Software Development teams to support the design, development, and operation of Power Platform solutions.
  • Security Collaboration: Work closely with the Cyber Security team to maintain a robust security posture across the Power Platform stack.
  • Infrastructure Alignment: Coordinate with the Infrastructure team to ensure all solutions align with Azure tenancy standards and overarching strategic goals.
  • Strategic Contribution: Play an active role in shaping and executing our Power Platform strategy.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Strong understanding of the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
    • Hands-on experience with the operation and management of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate platforms.
    • Proven ability to develop solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
  • Engineering Background:

    • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC).
  • Problem-Solving Skills:

    • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues and objectives, driving them independently to high-quality resolutions.
  • Communication and Collaboration:

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Professional Attributes:

    • Proactive, user-focused, and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results.
    • Strong written and spoken English proficiency.

Additional Qualifications to Help You Stand Out

  • Industry Experience:

    • Previous experience in the commodities and/or trading sector.
  • Certifications:

    • Completion of or progress toward formal Microsoft Power Platform and/or M365 accreditation.
  • Cloud Knowledge:

    • Experience with Microsoft Azure and its associated services.
