Who Were Looking For:

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable professional to join our Cloud & Platform Services team. This global role focuses on managing, configuring, and advancing Power Platform Services within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Global Collaboration: Work within an international team to ensure the smooth configuration and operation of Power Platform Services.
• Solution Development: Partner with business stakeholders and software developers to design, build, and support Power Platform solutions.
• Security Partnership: Coordinate with the Cybersecurity team to uphold strong security measures across the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Infrastructure Integration: Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to align solutions with Azure tenancy standards and strategic objectives.
• Strategic Impact: Contribute to defining and executing the organization's Power Platform strategy.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Technical Proficiency:
  • Deep understanding of the Power Platform and the broader Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing and operating Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Proven ability to create solutions leveraging Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Engineering and Development Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and related methodologies.
• Problem-Solving Ability:
  • Demonstrated capability to independently address issues and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Communication Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with business users and technical teams.
• Professional Attributes:
  • A proactive, user-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Additional Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Industry Experience: Previous exposure to the commodities or trading sectors.
• Certifications: Progress toward or completion of Microsoft Power Platform or M365 certifications.
• Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and its related services.
