About Our Client:
Our client is a global industrial manufacturing company specializing in machine tools, with a presence across Europe and the Middle East. As part of their digital transformation journey, they are launching a new CRM platform from scratch to support the full customer lifecycle from opportunity tracking and machine delivery to field service, spare parts, and analytics.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for candidates with solid experience in on-premise or hybrid CRM architectures. The client environment values technical autonomy, pragmatic integration, and deep understanding of operational data flows.
Responsibilities:
CRM Platform Execution:
- Refine and expand the CRM data model, including customer hierarchies, installed base, machine lifecycle, and service history.
- Configure CRM components: entities, forms, roles, workflows, validation rules, and mobile accessibility.
- Support role-based access control for a multi-country, multi-entity rollout.
- Implement automation logic (e.g., lifecycle alerts, data triggers, pipeline updates).
Integration and Data Pipeline Setup:
- Develop and test API integrations with:
- Sage ERP (orders, invoicing, stock management)
- Daxium or similar field service platforms (dispatching, mobile reporting)
- Communication and file-based interfaces: email, WhatsApp, Excel, Access
- Set up ingestion workflows for both historical and real-time data.
- Prepare data connectors for future integrations (e.g., quote-to-order tools, BI dashboards like Qlik).
Validation & Rollout:
- Coordinate test cycles and user validations (MVP-level per module).
- Assist in data cleansing and structured migration activities.
- Provide troubleshooting, monitor adoption KPIs, and offer post-go-live support.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
- 5+ years experience in CRM technical implementation.
- Proven expertise in on-premise or hybrid CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 On-Prem, Odoo Enterprise, OroCRM, or proprietary solutions).
- Strong background in:
- Entity configuration and relational data modeling.
- API-based system integration.
- Data ingestion workflows (Excel, Access, CSV).
- Workflow automation (low-code or custom logic).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in industrial or field-service-heavy environments.
- Familiarity with Daxium or other mobile field service platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse (depending on final CRM tech stack).
Key Technologies:
- CRM platforms (on-prem or hybrid)

Language and Location:
- English fluency required (written and spoken).
- French or Arabic a plus.
- Must be available to travel occasionally for on-site workshops.
This Role Is Not:
- Not a functional consultant position.
- Not a CRM admin-only role.
- We are looking for an implementation engineer who can execute autonomously in a complex environment.
