We are seeking mid-level and senior Business Analysts to join our clients' team, focusing on the healthcare sector. These roles will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and enhancing operational efficiencies.

Position

• Business Analyst

Experience required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, focusing on functional specifications, process documentation, process optimization and automation
• Proficient in workshop facilitation and managing group dynamics to foster collaboration and achieve project goals
• Skills in market solution analysis
• Strong understanding of the public sector, with preferred knowledge of the healthcare sector
• Experience in writing public tender documents

Main responsibilities

• Writing comprehensive functional specifications, including detailed business requirements gathering and prioritization of needs
• Documenting existing processes, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency
• Conduct thorough analysis of market solutions to evaluate their suitability and alignment with business requirements
• Writing and preparing public tender documents, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices

Education/Certification

• Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certification in Business Analyis is an advantage

Languages

• French: Native/Fluent
• English: Fluent
