Who We Need:
We are seeking a skilled Workplace Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining infrastructure and workplace solutions that support a fast-paced, international organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management & Maintenance:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain MECM infrastructure to deliver services to end-user workstations.
  • Handle end-to-end operating system deployments, software packaging and distribution, update management, and compliance settings.
  • Administer Active Directory infrastructure, including Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of all workplace systems.

Project Ownership:

  • Lead and execute workplace-related projects autonomously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Align IT solutions with business goals through proactive communication with global stakeholders.

Documentation & Standards:

  • Maintain and update documentation, including standard operating procedures and technical best practices.
  • Contribute to establishing and evolving methodologies for systems management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work in close collaboration with other IT teams globally to deploy new solutions and address complex business challenges.
  • Propose and implement modern solutions that support business growth and operational agility.

Core Skills and Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience as a MECM Engineer or Workplace Engineer in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Deep expertise in MECM infrastructure, including Central Administration Site (CAS) management.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS deployment and configuration (Windows 10, 11).
  • Solid experience with Windows Server OS (2016, 2019, 2025).
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and process improvement.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Intune.
  • Knowledge of Patch My PC is a plus.
  • A Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
