Senpi is building the AI Crypto Wallet of the future, a wallet that thinks, trades, and protects alongside its users. Senpi's AI-driven trading automations, copy-trading groups, referral rewards, and intelligent onchain infrastructure are at the core of its offering.
About the Role
We're hiring a Head of Growth to own adoption of Senpi agents end to end. This is not a brand marketing role. This is a 100% performance-driven role measured on agent deployments, trading volume generated, and unit economics. You'll be accountable for CAC, LTV, and payback period, not impressions, not followers, not vibes. You'll own the growth strategy, the channels, and the numbers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full acquisition funnel: awareness -> signup -> first agent deployed -> active trading volume
- Build and execute growth across organic and paid channels, including: X, YouTube, Reddit, Coinbase network,
- Google, TikTok, Instagram and other channels - with a clear thesis on what works and what doesn't for onchain + AI products
- Develop content strategies around our open-source skills, live leaderboard (strategies.senpi.ai), and arena results - turning real trading data into growth engines
- Identify and activate high-value onchain user segments: perp traders, algo/quant traders, DeFi power users, AI agent developers
- Work closely with the product and engineering team to shape onboarding, retention, and activation flows
- Build community and developer relations around the Senpi strategy ecosystem (GitHub, Discord/Telegram, partner integrations)
- Own CAC/LTV economics end to end. Know your cost to acquire an agent deployer, their lifetime volume and revenue contribution, and payback period - by channel. Kill what doesn't work. Double down on what does.
- Track, report, and iterate on growth metrics weekly: agents deployed, volume generated, activation rate, retention curves, CAC by channel, LTV by user segment. Every dollar spent on growth must be defensible with data.
