Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the engineering organization across multiple geographic regions.

  • Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and detailed feedback to senior engineers and first-time managers.
  • Set engineering standards and technical direction, with clear expectations for quality, communication, and execution.
  • Build and scale the engineering team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and retention.
  • Act as a calm, steady leader in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes.
  • Write production-quality code across modern frontend and backend systems.

  • Architect systems and engineering foundations that support current needs and future innovation, including AI-assisted development.
  • Drive high-impact technical decisions with clarity and confidence.

  • Partner closely with cross-functional business stakeholders.

  • Translate business requirements into practical, scalable engineering solution

  • Empower engineers to operate with strong product ownership and accountability.

  • A proven problem-solver who is often the go-to person for diagnosing and resolving complex technical and operational challenges.
  • Experienced in designing holistic systems and internal tools that improve efficiency and unlock new capabilities.
  • A leader who models a solutions-oriented mindset and fosters a culture of curiosity, ownership, and low ego.
  • Comfortable architecting and scaling internal platforms or systems with complex dependencies.
  • Hands-on and willing to write code regularly while managing and mentoring engineers.
  • Experienced leading small to mid-sized engineering teams in high-growth or high-complexity environments.
  • A low-ego leader who leads from the front and enjoys being deeply involved in the work.
  • Experienced in managing or coaching early-career engineers and first-time managers.
  • Thrives in flat organizational structures where leaders remain individual contributors.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working directly with business stakeholders.
