About the Role
We're hiring experienced Business Development professionals to drive go-to-market efforts across key verticals, including DeFi and consumer crypto.
You will manage a portfolio of crypto applications, build executive-level partnerships, and advise clients on improving conversion and user experience.
This role involves working closely with senior leadership and is ideal for candidates with strong networks in the crypto ecosystem who are looking to operate in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships with a strong track record of closing deals

3+ years of experience in crypto (DeFi, infrastructure, exchanges, or similar)

Established relationships with decision-makers in the crypto ecosystem

Deep understanding of blockchain and DeFi

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
