About the Role

Hiring a Content & Social Media Lead to run Alliance's social presence and content engine - with one goal: drive high-quality founder applications. You'll report directly to Roberto (co-founder). Split of work: 60% day-to-day social (X/LinkedIn), 30% long-form/content systems (Good Game, blog, emails), 10% conversion copy (website, lifecycle emails, application funnels). Primary metric: High-quality founder applications (volume/quality); secondary: social media engagement, followers, views only to extent they drive applications. Autonomy: Candidate sets content strategy/calendar with Roberto's input (not just execution).

Key Responsibilities

Own Alliance on X/LinkedIn: voice, cadence, formats, distribution, growth.

Transform raw material (founder wins, cohort stories, data, memes) into posts, threads, clips, short-form video.

Manage Good Game pipeline (topics -> promotion -> clipping -> distribution); coordinate contractors.

Write/optimize high-leverage copy (website, lifecycle emails, event comms, founder updates).

Build/run content system: calendar, pillars, repurposing, weekly retros.

Track performance, run experiments, double down on winners.

Set creative direction for Good Game/video using contractors/AI tools.

Requirements

Crypto-native and can write like a real participant (not corporate marketing).

Exceptional writer with taste: sharp social + crisp, high-clarity copy.

Great on X, and can grow beyond the crypto bubble.

Gen Z fluent for crypto founder audience

Comfortable with AI tools

3+ years of experience

Bonus Skills

* NYC creative network (video/photo/editing) and experience managing contractors.

* Portfolio showing original voice (posts/threads/essays).

* Proof you can build distribution: grew an audience/channel, ran a content series, or consistently shipped content that got shared.

* Experience writing conversion copy (landing pages/emails) and iterating based on data.

* Built a content system: pillars, calendar, repurposing pipeline, and basic analytics.

* Crypto protocol/fund experience
