Job Openings Senior Product Manager

About the job Senior Product Manager

About the Company

We are the shared infrastructure where businesses launch their own branded stablecoins and financial institutions power them. Built on a common standard, every stablecoin on our platform is interoperable and liquid from day one — giving businesses programmable control over how money moves in their ecosystems, and giving financial institutions the most advanced issuance stack in the industry.

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to own a core area of our platform end-to-end — and to be accountable not just for shipping it, but for scaling its adoption and revenue. You will report directly to our Chief Product and Strategy Officer and operate with the autonomy of a product leader: setting direction, making hard calls, and partnering with leadership, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to take products from inception to scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Own a core product area end-to-end — from discovery and scoping through launch, measurement, and the growth that follows. You own the outcome, not just the release.

- Take products from inception to scale and own their commercial trajectory — you treat adoption and revenue as first-class product metrics, not someone else's problem.

- Develop a deep understanding of our users (builders, issuers, protocols, and institutional partners) and translate their needs into crisp, actionable product requirements.

- Partner closely with engineering on technical trade-offs, sequencing, and scoping.

- Ship inside regulated, supervised environments, working through risks and constraints without losing momentum.

- Define success metrics, instrument what matters, and use data to drive prioritisation and trade-off decisions.

- Collaborate with go-to-market, sales, and partnership teams to align product launches with customer rollouts and ecosystem growth.

- Write clearly and frequently — specs, strategy memos, customer updates, launch narratives — to align internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

- 10+ years of product management or product leadership experience, with a proven track record of shipping products that made an impact in the market. Equivalent entrepreneurial experience is highly valued.

- Demonstrated ability to scale a product's revenue — you've owned commercial outcomes and can point to products whose growth you were directly accountable for.

- Deep experience in payments, financial services, or building within regulated or supervised environments.

- Strong technical fluency — a systems thinker who can hold their own in architectural discussions without writing code.

- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex systems simply and make sharp prioritisation arguments on paper.

- Strong analytical instincts and fluency with data; you know which metrics matter and why.

- Genuine curiosity about crypto, stablecoins, and the future of money — or a clear track record of ramping quickly in complex new domains.

Nice to Have

- Experience building networks or network-effects products — marketplaces, multi-sided platforms, developer ecosystems

- Experience working on stablecoin issuance or tokenization

- Experience building developer tools, platforms, SDKs, or APIs used by technical end-users

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive base salary with equity/token grant commensurate with experience

- Comprehensive healthcare insurance coverage plus wellbeing allowance and gym membership

- Customisable IT setup with access to top-notch equipment

- Annual professional development budget including conferences and company events

- Global team with flexibility to work remotely or from hubs in NYC or Berlin
