Since launching in 2022, the platform has facilitated over $23B in transaction volume and is integrated by some of the most widely used wallets, exchanges, and DeFi applications in the ecosystem.


About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Lead to drive adoption of cross-chain and crypto-native products across wallets, custodians, and DeFi protocols. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling crypto products (DEXs, Bridges, Yield/Staking, On-Offramps) and building partnerships that scale globally.

Responsibilities
Define and execute BD strategy for crypto-native markets.
Identify, pitch, and close integrations with wallets, custodians, and DeFi protocols.

Own deals end-to-end: discovery, demos, negotiation, and closure.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure successful integrations.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem players.

Requirements

3+ years of BD experience selling crypto products (DEXs, Bridges, Yield/Staking, On-Offramps).

Proven track record of closing and scaling complex deals with crypto-native companies.

Deep understanding of crypto infrastructure: wallets, custody, stablecoins, compliance tooling, developer platforms.

Strong network across wallets, custodians, and DeFi protocols.

Excellent communication skills with ability to engage founders, C-levels, and product/growth managers.

High-agency operator comfortable in fast-moving, frontier markets.
