Senior Data Analyst

About the Role

We're seeking our first data analytics hire to establish and own the data foundation for our rapidly growing GPU marketplace. You'll work directly with leadership to define, build, and deliver critical metrics that drive business decisions. The position leverages our current stack: Hex, Metabase, PostHog, SQL, and Redshift.

Requirements

- 4-8 years of experience in data analytics, preferably at a startup environment

- Experience with SQL and Python for data analysis

- Experience with data debugging and data quality processes

- Experience with dashboarding and BI tools (e.g., Hex, Metabase, PostHog)

- Experience working with technical teams or technical products

Bonus Skills

- Experience in GPU compute infrastructure or cloud computing space

- Data engineering skills or familiarity with data pipeline development

- Experience at high-growth, early stage, technical companies

- Strong communication and ability to articulate complex data insights to leadership

- Proactive in seeking clarification and comfortable navigating ambiguity
