Key Responsibilities

Small, Remote‑First Team

Play a foundational role in shaping the technical vision, engineering culture, and best practices as an early member of the team.

System Architecture & Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑quality systems with a focus on simplicity, reliability, and security.

API Implementation

Build scalable APIs using strong design patterns and RESTful principles to ensure clarity, maintainability, and performance.

Full‑Stack Development

Work across the stack using NestJS, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, within a monorepo environment.

Blockchain Development

Integrate Web3 libraries and frameworks to support:

• Wallet connections
• Smart contract interactions
• Transaction flows
• Onchain/offchain data handling

Quality Assurance & Testing

Write unit and integration tests to ensure code stability and reliability. Contribute to CI pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) to maintain a smooth, automated development workflow.

Continuous Deployment

Operate in a fast‑paced environment with frequent, often near‑daily deployments to production.

What Were Looking For

Experience

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with blockchain or Web3 systems
