Finance Admin
Responsibilities:
Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying,classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data.
Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Maintaining Account Receivables files and record.
Reconcile any irregularities in receipts.
Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices.
Preparing credit term applications, evaluating clients financial information and calculating risk ratios.
Updating and evaluating client accounts based on payment or contact information.
Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances.
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
Producing weekly and monthly management reports.
Human Resources Admin
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates through existing database, advertising, referrals, LinkedIn & other channels.
2. Oversee all the media job advertisements, online job portal, internal/external reference & other channels.
3. Support recruitment operation activities & administrative duties when required.
4. Understanding the job requirement and matching the right talent to suitable roles.
5. To liaise with stakeholders regarding job requirements and interview arrangement.
6. Other ad-hoc duties assigned related to Admin and HR
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any subject, preferably Finance/Human Resource/Business Admin/IT/ Cyber security
Strong in details, analysis, and decision-making
Able to work with stakeholders across different departments
