AI Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager to lead our AI initiatives, driving the strategy, development, and integration of intelligent features that transform how dental practices operate. You'll work directly with our executive team and cross-functional partners to shape the future of our product suite.

What You'll Do:

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered features
• Conduct deep research into dental workflows and customer needs to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and leadership to translate business goals into technical solutions
• Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization
• Establish KPIs, track performance, and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure seamless integration of AI across our product ecosystem

What Were Looking For:

• 5-7 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in product management
• Proven success shipping complex, data-driven, or AI/ML-based products
• Strong academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
• Technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineers
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and analytical skills
• Passion for customer-centric innovation and product excellence
• Experience in healthcare, dental, SaaS, or AI environments is a plus
• Must be able to work full-time, in person, in New York City
