CNC Machinist I

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Machinist I. The ideal candidate has at least three years of CNC machine operation experience, is confident in blueprint reading, and values accuracy and teamwork. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a clean, modern facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines in accordance with established procedures.

• Secure materials and tooling for machine runs.

• Monitor operations, adjusting speeds and feeds as needed to maintain precision.

• Inspect finished parts for conformance to specifications using precision measuring tools.

• Troubleshoot issues and perform minor maintenance to ensure machine performance.

• Collaborate with engineering and supervisory staff to discuss technical requirements and process improvements.

• Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience operating CNC machinery.

• Proficient in blueprint reading and mechanical measurement tools.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Experience with Escomatic D5 machines is a plus.

• Must be reliable with dependable transportation.
