Company Overview:

TTE Staffing is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer to place skilled mechanical professionals in essential maintenance and repair roles. We are currently seeking a dedicated Aircraft Mechanic IV to perform high-level mechanical work on aircraft systems and components in compliance with FAA regulations and OEM standards.

Position Summary:

The Aircraft Mechanic IV will be responsible for performing maintenance, adjustment, inspection, testing, and minor repair tasks on various aircraft systems and components. This role involves interpreting mechanical drawings and OEM manuals, using diagnostic tools and test equipment, and maintaining detailed service records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, adjustment, certification, and testing of aircraft systems in line with technical specifications and FAA regulations.

  • Disassemble, clean, and reassemble parts and assemblies as needed.

  • Operate test equipment per OEM maintenance manuals and work instructions.

  • Paint and conduct minor repairs on components and assemblies.

  • Read and execute mechanical drawings, OEM manuals, service bulletins, and related documentation.

  • Document service reports and test data accurately.

  • Comply with all safety protocols, attendance policies, and operational procedures.

  • Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous mechanical experience involving similar equipment, assembly operations, and measuring tools preferred.

  • On-the-job training provided.

  • Ability to read and understand safety rules, maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and mechanical drawings.

  • Proficiency with hand tools, mechanical instruments, and test equipment.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

  • Aerospace or aviation experience is a plus.
