Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Our client is an early-stage FinTech startup building a digital banking platform. Operating with a distributed international team, they have recently launched and are already experiencing strong market demand.

To further scale their sales, they are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative(SDR) to build their outbound sales processes from the ground up and drive B2B lead generation across European markets. As the first SDR, you will have the autonomy to shape the outbound playbook. This role is highly independent and is expected to evolve into a sales leadership position as the company grows.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build outbound sales processes from scratch

  • Identify, prioritize, and approach high-value B2B leads

  • Drive targeted outreach through multiple channels

  • Independently build and manage a sales pipeline

  • Provide direct product feedback and market intelligence to the founding team

  • Test and refine sales strategies to improve overall conversion rates

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years in B2B sales

  • Proven instinct for sales and lead generation ability to build a pipeline

  • Strong digital literacy and comfortable working in a fully remote environment

  • High level of accountability and proactive communication

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable operating without micromanagement

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Based in Estonia

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with the FinTech market

  • Additional European languages.

  • Understanding of sales tools and CRM is considered an advantage
