We're looking for a creative Marketing Executive to lead our campaigns. You'll orchestrate marketing initiatives across channels like social media, email, and more. Your goal? Amplify our brand's impact and reach.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the website.
- Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and the company website.
- Monitor and analyze website and social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
Content Creation:
- Manage the content creation team, in foreseeing the completion of content planning and shooting for our social media postings and ads purposes.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product offerings and marketing approaches.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials and product displays.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other industry stakeholders to enhance brand reach and credibility.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to management.
- Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
· At least 1-2 years of working experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry such as fashion retail or apparel sales;
· Proficient in marketing digital software.
