TEAM SALES

1. Responsible and manage livestream back-end related matters (e.g., streamer management, vouchers, banners etc.)
2. Act as back-end admin during official live shows to ensure smooth flow
3. Respond to customer and seller inquiries on livestream
4. Generate creatives for ad-hoc livestream requests
5. Assist in managing the workflow of the team to ensure all submissions and tasks are done in timely manner
6. Prepare and manage materials (image, video and reels) for daily social media posting at Facebook/Instagram/Tik Tok/Shopee Mall Feed Post/Story
7. Prepare, manage and maintain products catalogs in website and marketplaces
8. Able to be creative in creating and editing video for social media content
9. Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
