About the job Import/Export Coordinator (Ocean Team)
Responsibilities*:
- Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including CI (Commercial Invoice) documents.
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on shipments and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and documentation.
*Requirements*:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in import/export operations.
- Strong understanding of customs procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software is an added advantage.
