About the job JUNIOR HUMAN RESOURCE ASSOCIATE (PAYROLL )

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Manage employee monthly overtime, leaves, claims, resignations, etc.
  • Processes payroll for companys client every pay period.
  • Complete payroll reports for managerial review.
  • Answer client questions about wages, deduction and matters related payroll.
  • Manage and make the payment from statutory contributions, e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and ZAKAT.
  • Checking and submitting document for Employer Registration of EPF and PERKESO.
  • Liaise with client regarding HR matters.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate, Diploma, Professional Degree, and Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
