Job Description:
The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing daily office operations, organizing events, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring compliance with quality management standards. Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing office operations and maintaining an organized workspace.
2. Scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
3. 
Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
4. 
Maintaining accurate records and assisting in data management.
5. 
Providing administrative support for various projects and teams.
6. 
Monitoring and managing office supplies and resources.

Ensuring the maintenance and functionality of company equipment, including computers, electronic devices, office machinery, pantry supplies, and transportation.

Assisting in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
