We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Program Manager Marketplace to lead strategic initiatives and growth plans across aggregator platforms and marketplaces. Based in Dubai, this role will act as a strategic bridge across overseas markets to enable operational excellence, business scaling, and innovation within our marketplace business.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Marketing Insights

  • Evaluate the efficiency and performance of marketing campaigns across aggregator platforms.

  • Identify underperforming channels and locations, and propose strategies to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

  • Share and implement successful marketing best practices across markets to reduce Ad spend % and maximize ROI.

New Growth Initiatives

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify potential growth opportunities.

  • Lead pilot experiments and replicate successful business models across geographies.

  • Collaborate with local teams to scale innovative product offerings and formats.

  • Analyze the impact of new initiatives (e.g. expansions, pricing changes, product launches) to support quick and informed decisions.

  • Recommend and implement SOP enhancements and semi-automations for process efficiency.

  • Minimize operational changeover time through effective planning and batch staging.

Marketplace Growth Charter

  • Define strategic building blocks for marketplace growth tailored to each market.

  • Develop and monitor execution roadmaps for marketplace initiatives across countries.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 5 _ 7 years of experience managing and scaling brands on online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Careem) or managing a category at an online marketplace.

  • GCC Exposure: Minimum 34 years of work experience in the GCC, with strong understanding of regional consumer behavior and competitive dynamics.

  • E-Commerce Leadership: Experience as a Program Manager or strategic lead working closely with leadership teams in fast-paced e-commerce environments.

  • Analytical & Commercial Acumen: Strong data interpretation skills, with solid grasp of unit economics COGS, margins, advertising costs, and profitability levers.
