Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer with expertise in E-houses for the  petrochemical and oil & gas sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing  accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with various  stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for E-house projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to understand  project scope and requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate materials and equipment based on project needs and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain a database of cost information for various components and services.
  • Review and validate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Participate in project planning and scheduling activities to align estimates with project timelines.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams during the bidding and execution phases.
  • Monitor and report on project cost performance, identifying and addressing any deviations from the budget.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to E-houses and cost estimation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in cost estimation for E-houses in the petrochemical and oil & gas industries.
  • Strong knowledge of E-house design, construction, and installation processes.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Excel, Staad Pro, Auto Cad, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
