About the job Waiter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waiter to join our client's team at their non-halal French dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will have proven work experience as a Waiter, with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs.

• Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.

• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests' tables.

• Handle any special requests or dietary restrictions with care and attention.

• Ensure the cleanliness and proper set-up of tables and dining area.

• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and restaurant promotions.

• Work collaboratively with team members to provide a seamless dining experience for guests.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Waiter in a high-end restaurant.

• Excellent presentation skills with attention to detail.

• Attentiveness and patience when dealing with customers.

• Strong team spirit and ability to work well with others.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in French is preferred.

• Good personality and age less than 35 years old.
