The Role: 

This role involves collaborating closely with creators and brand stakeholders both internally and externally, for maximizing the influencer marketing performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
  • Vet influencer profiles and recruit influencers for campaigns. Build a network of talent resources (Preferred with existing contacts).
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaign. Create an advanced and comprehensive influencer content calendar to continually drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Translate content and campaign briefs to Arabic.
  • Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand voice and guidelines.
  • Set goals, track conversions, and measure success of influencer campaign/program. Actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook, etc. 
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders. 
  • Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users. Draft and Negotiate contracts with influencers to ensure we're agreeing terms based on established benchmarks. 
  • Budget management, ensuring campaigns are on budget and return on investment is maximized.

Job Requirements & Skills: 

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in managing and executing influencer campaign. Past experience in managing influencers campaigns mandate. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills English and Arabic mandate. 
  • Solid knowledge of influencer marketing with existing pool of contacts preferred.
  • Hands-on experience on influencer marketing softwares Hypeaudit, MoDash, Hypisy etc., 
  • Sales lead/ Affiliate influencer marketing experience is a plus. Analytical mindset with awareness on calculating metrics such as CAC and ROI but not limited. 
  • Acute attention to detail and highly organized able to successfully prioritize across multiple projects. 
  • Ability to meet deadlines Strong presentation skills Persuasive and solid negotiator
  • Well organized with great time management skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
