We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to customers
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure efficient and timely order processing and delivery
- Prepare and review sales contracts and proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on payments and overdue invoices
- Assist in organizing and attending sales meetings, trade shows, and other events
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
