Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations and functions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the QSR industry and a proven track record in developing HR policies and implementing effective learning and development programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonuses
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on conflict resolution
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the QSR industry
- Proven experience in developing HR policies and implementing learning and development programs
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
