Position: Restaurant Manager

Location: Reem Island ,Abu Dhabi 

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who is a native Arabic speaker and fluent in English. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in fine dining and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Immediate joiners are preferred.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be in charge of managing a team of servers,  and kitchen staff, as well as handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring their satisfaction with their dining experience.

- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed and controlling costs to ensure profitability.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and attract new customers, while maintaining a loyal customer base.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

Qualifications:

- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining establishment.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and staff from diverse backgrounds.

- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.

- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
