Job Overview:

As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our employees, subcontractors, and clients by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures. You will work closely with the project management team to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inspections of job sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures in accordance with local and international standards.

- Conduct safety training for employees and subcontractors to ensure understanding and compliance with safety procedures.

- Investigate and report on any accidents or incidents that occur on the job site.

- Keep up-to-date with all safety regulations and communicate any changes to the project management team.

- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards.

- Maintain safety records and reports for all projects.

- Conduct safety audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols.

- Collaborate with the project management team to develop emergency response plans.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP contracting.

- Knowledge of local and international safety regulations.
