Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager based in Morocco to drive sales and expand our market presence in West Africa. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling internal markets, particularly in North and West Africa, and must be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies for HVAC and insulation materials across West Africa.

Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management.

Conduct product presentations, technical trainings, and HVAC system consultations for clients.

Travel within West Africa to meet clients, attend trade shows, and support business growth.
Candidate Profile:

Based in Morocco, with extensive knowledge of North African and West African markets.

Proven track record as Area Sales Manager, Territory Manager, or similar role.

Strong experience in sales of HVAC insulation materials and related products.

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). French is an added advantage.

Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Willingness to travel extensively within West Africa.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Mechanical, or relevant field.

5+ years of experience in area/territory sales management in North/West Africa.

Experience in handling distributors, industrial clients, and internal market operations, specifically in HVAC or insulation sectors.
