About the Job:
As a Spacecraft Embedded Systems Engineer, you will be working on the software and electronics system of our spacecraft and payload systems. Youll be designing payload controllers and integrating the off-the-shelf spacecraft systems with our in-house designed payloads from both an electronics and software perspective. Youll be involved throughout the entire development cycle, from initial design, through implementation, manufacturing, integration and testing all the way to launching a spacecraft in February 2026.

Experience in developing embedded systems, preferably for spacecraft.
Experience with electronics design.

Readiness to take ownership, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
These are important, but not 100% necessary:
Experience in developing embedded systems with FreeRTOS
Experience in all aspects of a spacecraft life cycle, especially testing.
Portfolio in DIY projects related to embedded systems or robotics.
Responsibilities:
Developing electronics and software architecture for the on-board computer and payload controller.
Develop and test on-board software for the on-board computer and payloads controller.
Design, assemble and test the payload controller, including PCB design, overseeing procurement/manufacturing and testing.
