Role Overview
The Data Analyst (Talent & CRM Insights) acts as the link between Salesforce data and meaningful business insights. While the Salesforce Administrator manages system architecture, this role focuses on interpreting data, ensuring accuracy, and delivering insights that support consultant decision-making and client reporting.
The role is responsible for maintaining data quality, identifying trends, and building reporting dashboards that drive strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Intelligence Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce (and/or Power BI, Tableau) to track market trends, candidate movement, and search lifecycle metrics
Data Quality & Governance

Partner with the Salesforce Administrator to identify data gaps

Lead data cleansing initiatives to keep executive profiles accurate and up to date
Diversity & Inclusion (DEI) Analytics

Track and report on diversity representation within talent pipelines
Client & Market Insights
- Support search teams by creating data-driven market maps showing talent concentration across key sectors
Predictive & Performance Analysis

Analyze search wins and losses to identify trends and support CRM and process improvements
Required Skills & Experience

Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce CRM Analytics preferred)

Working knowledge of Salesforce data structures (objects, relationships, reporting)

Background in executive search, recruitment, or professional services is a strong advantage

High attention to detail with an audit-first mindset and strong data accuracy standards
