As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment across niche, corporate, Accounting & Finance, non-technical, and IT/Technical roles.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, persistent, and highly driven, with strong experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering closely with stakeholders to meet hiring goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
  • Conduct HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, attitude, academic and professional qualifications, experience, and communication skills
  • Source best-fit candidates aligned with job requirement specifications
  • Tap and engage active and passive candidates across niche, corporate, Accounting & Finance, non-technical, and IT/Technical roles using various sourcing strategies and techniques
  • Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and initial technical skills alignment checks against requirements
  • Coordinate interviews via phone and email and manage candidate communications
  • Lead job offer discussions and support offer negotiation
  • Maintain strong stakeholder and client management
  • Continuously calibrate on role profiles and hiring processes per line of business (LOB)
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of business drivers (operations metrics, org structure, performance & retention strategies, growth plans)
  • Ensure 100% fulfillment of account hiring requirements
  • Provide accurate and timely recruitment reports with essential data and insights
  • Clearly articulate recruitment metrics, trends, and hiring outcomes
  • Ensure process compliance and policy adherence

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably handling niche and corporate roles
  • Strong background in sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • BPO industry experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
