About the Client

Our client is a leading European healthcare technology company that develops enterprise software used by audiology clinics worldwide. They are expanding their engineering team and are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and enhance scalable cloud-based applications that support healthcare providers across Europe.

About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll work on modern enterprise applications within a cloud-based microservices architecture. You'll collaborate with an international engineering team to develop new features, improve system performance, and deliver high-quality software using AI-assisted development tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using C#/.NET and React.
  • Build and enhance REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions hosted on Azure.
  • Improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Develop clean, testable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and engineers to estimate, develop, and deliver new features.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and Agile Scrum activities.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.
  • Participate in technical discussions and share knowledge with the engineering team.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with C# and modern .NET (.NET Core/.NET 6+).
  • 3+ years of experience developing front-end applications using React (TypeScript preferred).
  • Strong experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
  • Experience working with Azure or other cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently in a collaborative Agile environment.
  • Strong English communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Python for AI tools or automation.
  • Experience with Kubernetes (AKS), Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, or Azure AI services.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML services or Large Language Model (LLM) APIs.
  • Experience working in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries.

Working Conditions:

  • Onsite for 6 months and Hybrid upon regularization
  • UK hours
