Job Openings HEAD OF E-COMMERCE

About the job HEAD OF E-COMMERCE

THE ROLE

We are looking for a manager-level operator who personally executes, manages across teams and independently owns results. You will run our creator partnerships end to end and own e-commerce execution — Shopify, launches, promotions and the commercial calendar — working directly with the Founder and alongside our PR Manager.

This is not a coordination role. We need someone who has personally owned commercial results, with the numbers to show it, and who can make decisions within agreed authority, resolve issues without Founder follow-up, and grow into the Founder's trusted right hand.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Creator & PR Partnerships (50%)

The primary ongoing work. Results matter, not just the workflow.

  • Personally run the full creator pipeline: research, outreach, negotiation, gifting, shipments, posting dates, codes, content collection and performance follow-up — with a focus on YouTube, then Instagram and TikTok.
  • Measure every partnership — fee, deliverables, attributed sales, ROI / ROAS — and decide which to repeat, change or stop.
  • Keep the creator and PR pipeline accurate, prioritised and moving in ShopMy and our trackers; recover overdue posts quickly.
  • Support editorial features, gift guides, product placements and creator collaborations with the PR Manager.

E-commerce & Commercial Operations (50%)

The Founder's right hand on e-commerce, launches and the commercial calendar.

  • Hands-on Shopify execution: products, collections, navigation, landing pages, discounts, pricing, inventory, imagery and website QA.
  • Own seasonal launches and promotional campaigns from inventory planning to customer delivery, including readiness across creative, website, CRM, PR, creators and customer experience.
  • Own the commercial calendar, priorities and dependencies; hold department managers to deadlines and ensure accurate, on-time completion without Founder follow-up.
  • Review a weekly dashboard — revenue, orders, conversion, average order value, promotions, CRM and creator results — and act on what it shows.
  • Make decisions within agreed authority; escalate critical issues with a recommendation. Keep Feishu/Lark trackers current and give the Founder concise updates.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

REQUIREMENTS

  • Manager-level experience in e-commerce and creator / influencer partnerships, where you personally owned the work and the results.
  • Hands-on Shopify execution — you did the work yourself, not just oversaw it.
  • Owned commercial results — revenue, advertising, conversion, merchandising, promotions or CRM — and can quote before-and-after numbers.
  • Ran a creator partnership program end to end, with at least one quantified example (fee, deliverables, sales or ROI).
  • Owned launches and campaigns across teams, with a clear method for tracking, escalating and recovering missed deadlines.
  • Sound commercial judgment and independent decision-making within agreed authority.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; direct, assertive and clear.
  • Willing to do detailed, hands-on work in a small team.
  • Able to work full-time, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. US Eastern, Monday–Friday, year-round (including daylight saving time).

NICE TO HAVE

  • Fashion, accessories, beauty or DTC brand experience.
  • YouTube creator partnerships.
  • Klaviyo, Gorgias and U.S. 3PL experience.
  • US editorial PR experience.
  • ShopMy and Feishu/Lark experience
  • Prior experience working US hours.
  • Has led or managed direct reports.

WE WILL TRAIN YOU ON

  • ShopMy and Feishu/Lark.
  • Our PR and e-commerce work manuals.
  • Brand standards and product knowledge.

Note: Shopify is not trained — hands-on experience is required.

WHAT WE ASK YOU TO SHOW US

  • Specific examples, numbers, currency, reporting periods and personal ownership. Broad statements such as I managed e-commerce or I worked with influencers don't count without supporting evidence.
  • Business Scale
Annual revenue, monthly orders, average order value, SKU count and monthly ad spend of the largest store you personally managed.
  • A Creator Collaboration
One example from sourcing to final reporting: fee, deliverables, deadline, sales or ROI, and what you owned.
  • Shopify Work
A recent example you executed yourself — products, collections, landing pages, discounts or site QA.
  • Reports You Used
The weekly dashboard or report you managed from.
Redacted samples or a short work-sample exercise are fine where data is confidential.

REMOTE WORK SETUP

Remote candidates are welcome with a professional home setup: a dedicated workstation, a reliable PC and stable internet, working full US Eastern hours. Onsite at the OA office in Ortigas is also available.

TRAINING & ONBOARDING

Two-week intensive onboarding with a daily 30-minute Q&A with the PR Manager.
Complete PR and e-commerce work manuals covering how our workflows run end to end.
Weekly digital team meetings to understand goals from the high level down to execution.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

FIRST 30 DAYS

The commercial calendar and launch timeline are accurate.
The creator pipeline is prioritised with performance tracked per partnership.
A weekly dashboard and follow-up cadence are in place.

BY 90 DAYS

Creator partnerships and launches run without Founder follow-up.
Partnership decisions are made on ROI.
Risks are raised early with a recommendation.
You own routine decisions within agreed authority.

Success is measured by creator and affiliate results (sales, ROI), e-commerce performance, launch readiness, on-time completion of critical actions, fewer last-minute issues, and a meaningful reduction in Founder follow-up.

WHO WILL THRIVE HERE

You have owned the numbers, not just reported them. You anticipate what is needed, follow up early and close the loop. You hold department managers to timelines, keep operations moving when the Founder is away, and bring problems with a proposed solution. You know a launch is ready only when website, inventory, creative, CRM, PR and customer-experience pieces are aligned.

Candidates currently employed and serving a notice period (up to 30 days) are welcome to apply.

CAREER GROWTH

Work directly with the Founder at a fast-growing global brand, with ownership of e-commerce, creator growth and commercial launches. The goal is to become the Founder's trusted right hand, taking substantial execution and decision-making responsibility off her desk.
