TECHNICAL SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR

Reporting To: Salesforce Product Owner / CIO
Role Focus: Technical Execution & System Maintenance

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Salesforce Administrator to join a dedicated Salesforce team. Working closely with the Product Owner and Business Analyst, you will serve as the primary technical lead, translating discovery outputs into effective and scalable system solutions.

This role focuses on maintaining the integrity of a Sales Cloud implementation completed in late 2025, delivering clean, technical-debt-free builds, and ensuring long-term internal capability as external partners transition out.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Execution

• Translate business analysis documentation and user stories into technical solutions

• Build and optimize solutions using Advanced Flow Builder, Validation Rules, and custom declarative tools

System Maintenance

• Act as the technical guardian of the production environment

• Perform regular system health checks, manage releases, and ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits

Knowledge Transfer (Transition Phase)

• Work closely with the outgoing integration team to gain full understanding of existing configurations and customizations

Operational Support

• Handle Tier 2–3 technical escalations requiring advanced system knowledge beyond standard help-desk support

Data & Environment Management

• Manage sandboxes, deployment cycles (Change Sets or DevOps tools), and data backups

• Ensure system stability and minimal downtime for global teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, with strong emphasis on declarative (low-code) development

• Advanced expertise in Salesforce Flows, including loops, collection filters, and sub-flows (required)

• Experience working in professional services environments (e.g., consulting, recruitment, executive search) is an advantage

• Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and complex sharing models

• Highly detail-oriented with a focus on clean documentation and sustainable builds

• Self-managed and responsive, with experience working in Agile environments and delivering within structured sprint cycles
